About these terms
These terms cover browsing and using the Striiing website. Striiing Ltd, company number 15838907, operates the site. Contact hello@striiing.com with questions.
Enquiries and projects
Sending an enquiry does not book a project or create a contract for design services. Availability, example prices and timings are guides. A written proposal will set out the agreed scope, fees, payment schedule, delivery, revisions, cancellation arrangements and intellectual-property terms before work starts. Any rights you have as a consumer remain unaffected.
Our work and other people’s work
The site includes Striiing’s writing and design, client brands, commissioned work and third-party materials. Rights belong to their respective owners. You may view and share links to the site. Please seek permission before copying, adapting, republishing or commercially using its images, designs or text. Displaying a project does not grant a licence to use the client’s brand.
Using the website
Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, introduce harmful code or submit unlawful or misleading material through the form. Only send information you are entitled to share.
Information and external links
We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but the site may change and occasional errors or interruptions can occur. Blog posts provide general design information and are not advice tailored to a particular project. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Responsibility and your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not remove your statutory rights. Any contractual responsibilities for a commissioned project will be addressed in its separate agreement.
