How we work

A conversation. A direction. A connection.

Good work comes from understanding each other. You’ll work directly with me, with a clear plan and room for useful conversations along the way.

01

Start with a conversation.

Tell me where you are, where you want to go and what’s getting in the way. We’ll work out whether I’m the right person to help.

You leave with a shared starting point.

02

Make a clear plan.

We define the audience, priorities and scope. You’ll know what we’re making, what it costs and how the project will run before we begin.

You leave with an agreed brief, scope and schedule.

03

Explore, then refine.

I develop the direction and explain the thinking. We review it together, gather your feedback and refine the details against the brief.

You leave with a direction we believe in.

04

Put it to work.

We prepare the final assets or website, check the details and walk through how to use everything. Any ongoing support is agreed around what you need.

You leave with a considered handover.

You know your business.
That’s where we start.

You don’t need to arrive with the answers. The most useful things to bring are an honest picture of your business, a sense of what needs to change and the people who will help make decisions.

Before we start, we agree the deliverables, review rounds, fee and schedule in writing. If the brief changes, we discuss the impact before adding work.

Feedback gathered into one considered response.

Time in the diary for the reviews we agree.

I’ll bring the design thinking, explain the choices and make the next step clear.
